Evelyn Nunes

I am an Instructor of Economics at the School of Business at the Virginia Commonwealth University.

I have a Ph.D. in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University, and a Master’s degree in Economics from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation.

I an currently the president of the Virginia Association of Economists.

My research interest is on economic development and labor, with focus on educational choices and policy.

I teach principles courses and elective ones, and typically have +200 students per semester.
